An established, high-growth recruitment business is launching a Transformation Recruitment division and is seeking a senior leader to build and scale it.

The Opportunity
* Build and lead a Transformation Recruitment practice, with a focus on systems and change programmes
* Regional remit covering the Northern and Southern Home Counties
* Base yourself from Milton Keynes or Hemel Hempstead
* Full ownership of strategy, client relationships, and future team build
You won’t be starting from zero:
* 10 experienced recruiters already operate across Accountancy & Finance in the region
* An established London Transformation team includes £1m+ billers
* Senior leaders hold deep CFO-level client relationships, with sponsored introductions available
* The same division has previously been built by the leadership team into a multi-million-pound revenue stream
Growth, Vision & Leadership
* The business is growing at 30% year-on-year
* Transformation recruitment is a key strategic growth area
* The founders have successfully built and sold recruitment businesses previously

About You
* Senior transformation recruiter or practice lead
* Strong exposure to systems transformation, ERP, finance transformation, or enterprise change programmes
* Commercial, credible, and motivated by building something meaningful
* Comfortable operating at CFO and C-suite level
Package
We envisage the person to command a salary of between £45,000 - £70,000 but open to package for right individual. Commission structure starts at 30%
