£30,000 + Up to £12,000 Bonus/Commission (OTE £42,000) + Benefits

The Role:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximise customer retention and revenue
Generate leads through networking, research, and proactive outreach
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales growth strategiesThe Person:
2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Ideally from a technical, construction, engineering, or building services background
