Daily tasks include:
* Sourcing candidates for your clients through head-hunting, networking, advertising and use of the company’s database.
* Daily communication and liaising with clients, candidates and advertising teams.
* Sourcing new roles.
* Dealing with general queries.
* Full training for this role will be provided. However, we are looking for candidates with:
* Excellent communication and research skills.
* Target driven and comfortable working in a competitive environment.
* Ability to manage own workload.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office programmes and outlook.
* Be of smart appearance with a mature attitude.
* Ideally previous sales experience.
* No previous IT experience required.
