Salary: £25,000£28,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £45k£60k in Year 1)

The Opportunity:
Youll use your existing sales skills to build relationships with technology professionals and hiring managers. From winning new business to closing placements, youll manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Generating new business through proactive outreach
* Sourcing and engaging skilled tech candidates
* Screening CVs and running candidate interviews
* Managing negotiations, offers, and placements
* Working towards clear targets with uncapped commission
