Role Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day site operations and ensure works are carried out safely and on schedule
* Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress
* Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards
* Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
* Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or accommodation projects
* Strong knowledge of H&S and site procedures
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
* Ability to hit the ground running and manage a busy site with confidence
Rate
Competitive day rate (paid weekly)
