Offer description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. Your role will be to introduce the Pro- platform to private clinics, aesthetic practitioners, weight loss providers, and prescribers (GMC, NMC, GPhC), guiding them through onboarding and helping them streamline their prescription workflows using our secure portal.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads across the private healthcare, weight management, men's health, HRT, and aesthetic sectors

Develop and manage a sales pipeline through email, LinkedIn, cold outreach, events, and webinars

Deliver virtual demos and onboarding sessions for new prescribers or clinic owners

Build long-term relationships with prescribers and decision-makers

Collaborate with the compliance and technical teams to ensure smooth setup and usage

Provide weekly sales activity and forecast reports to management

Ideal Candidate

2+ years of B2B sales experience (healthcare, pharmacy, digital health or SaaS a plus)

Confident communicator with strong presentation skills (virtual and in-person)

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a startup-like environment

Comfortable engaging with clinicians and understanding their workflow needs

Familiar with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and remote communication platforms

Knowledge of UK healthcare compliance (CQC, MHRA, GPhC) is desirable but not essential – full training provided

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.

Conduct market analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.

Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required.
