Hays are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Manager. This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, based in Manchester City Centre.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a customer care and retentions team, where you will be required to nurture, build, and develop the team. Line manager experience of 5 years+ is essential. You will be the point of contact for all aspects of the customer's journey, ensuring positive outcomes. You will assist existing customers, attract new customers, and help grow the customer base. You will manage customer relationships effectively and collaborate well with other representatives and support teams. Additionally, you will handle complaints, produce reports, and compile management information.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous management experience is essential, along with good technical knowledge. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You are proactive, able to work off your own initiative, and capable of working to tight deadlines. This is a fully office-based role.
