Your newpanyYour new roleSenior, autonomous HR generalist responsible for delivering end‑to‑end HR across multiple EMEA countries. Acts as the primary owner for operational HR, employee relations, payroll oversight, performance, incentives, and recruitment, escalating onlyplex or high-risk matters to the Head of HR EMEA.Key Responsibilities
1. Lead HR operations across EMEA, ensuringpliance with local employment laws and internal standards
2. Manage contracts, amendments, settlements, and core HR documentation
3. Ownplex employee relations cases, including disciplinary action, grievances, redundancies, and litigation support.
4. Oversee EMEA payrollernance and act as escalation point for issues and vendors.
5. Support performance management, including performance improvement processes
6. Coordinate performance targets and incentive plans across sales and non‑sales populations
7. Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment and manage external agencies with cost andernance discipline
8. Provide pragmatic,mercially focused advice to senior stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
9. CIPD L5 (or equivalent)
10. Senior HR generalist or HR Manager experience in a multi‑country EMEA environment
11. Strong ER, redundancy, and employment law expertise
12. Proven ability to operate independently with sound judgement
