Salary: up to £40k base (doe) + Uncapped Commission

We are hiring a B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Executive/ Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales to drive planned new business growth within the customs and logistics sector.
Our client is an ambitious provider of customs solutions, helping businesses optimise supply chains and navigate international trade. Due to planned growth, they are seeking a target-driven sales professional to generate and convert new business opportunities.
The Role Outbound Sales Executive / Business Development Executive / Telesales
This is a high-activity, new business role focused on results.
Key Outputs of the Sales Executive
Identify new customers and make outbound B2B sales calls daily
Follow up to convert new customers within import/export, logistics and trade sectors
Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting
Book and attend client meetings + networking events
Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
Maintain and manage pipeline activity via CRM
Produce regular pipeline reports for management
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Required Experience
Proven B2B telesales / outbound sales experience (essential)
Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Confident making structured outbound sales calls daily
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
CRM and MS Office proficiency
