We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to step into a newly created role within a growing and unique business. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll shape and deliver the HR strategy, supporting business growth and embedding a positive, values-led culture.

25 hours spread across the week
Office based in Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary £45K - £50K FTE (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
* Drive and implement HR strategy, objectives, and improvement plans aligned with business needs
* Work with management to set and deliver short- and long-term departmental goals and staffing plans
* Provide operational HR support and advice to management across all areas of HR activity
* Develop and maintain competitive remuneration and benefits policies to attract and retain talent
* Lead recruitment across all levels of the business in line with company values and competency requirements
* Oversee HR processes, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting
* Regularly update HR policies and practices to remain current and compliant
* Manage the performance management system and training & development processes within agreed timelines and budgets
* Support managers in implementing training, personal development, and improvement plans
* Handle employee relations issues, safeguarding company reputation and culture
* Produce and manage annual HR budgets and quarterly board reports
* Collaborate with finance on payroll and annual salary review processes
* Represent HR in central projects and key business planning meetings

Likely Background & Qualifications
* HR experience, with a strong generalist focus
* Proven ability to design and deliver HR initiatives in entrepreneurial, high-growth businesses
* Self-starter, capable of working independently
* Strong track record in performance management and talent development
* Experience in fast-paced, results-driven environments
* Passion for recruitment and talent management
* Degree-level education in HR, Organisational Development, or Organisational Psychology (preferred)
* Recognised coaching qualification (advantageous)
