To support our continued development, we are seeking a detail driven HR Administrator to help us maintain excellent standards of compliance and workforce management across the company.
The Role
This is a vital role providing administrative, organisational and HR support to ensure the smooth running of our people processes. You will work closely with the leadership team to maintain accurate records, support investigations, complete audits and ensure we meet regulatory requirements within children's and adult care services.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, data entry and HR systems updates.
* Provide administrative support for investigations, including document collation, evidence logs and scheduling meetings.
* Support disciplinary, grievance and capability processes, including preparing letters, minute‑taking and tracking actions.
* Attend and record accurate and professional meeting minutes for HR‑related meetings.
* Assist with diary management.
* Support file auditing
* Maintain compliance documentation such as training records, supervision logs and staff files.
* Respond to administrative queries and support general office tasks as required.
* Uphold confidentiality, GDPR and safeguarding standards at all times.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and able to work with sensitivity and professionalism.
Essential Qualities
* Strong administrative experience (HR experience preferred but not essential).
* Excellent written communication, grammar and accuracy.
* Confident minute‑taking and documenting sensitive information.
* Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity.
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft 365, document management, spreadsheets).
* Ability to prioritise, multitask and stay calm under pressure.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable people.
Desirable
* Experience working in the care sector or regulated environments.
* Working knowledge of HR processes (disciplinary, grievance, investigations).
