Options Resourcing - Site Manager
Options Resourcing is working with a regional commercial contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a large new build residential housing project in the Trowbridge area.
The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience within the same sector and be able to demonstrate a strong track record. This is a crucial role to ensure all project milestones are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards. The Site Manager will be responsible for completing daily progress reports, proactively identifying potential issues, and demonstrating the initiative and knowledge to resolve them.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the site
2. Liaise with subcontractors
3. Order materials
4. Maintain the program of works
5. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with quality standards
6. Prepare daily reports and plan activities
Requirements:
* BSc or HND qualification
* SMSTS certification
* First Aid certification
* CSCS Black Card
