We are looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to join our team and support our HR function. Key Responsibilities: Managing the HR mailbox and responding to queries Update HR system to ensure all information is accurate and up to date Handling contract amendments and probationary review letters (successful and extensions) Drafting maternity letters Managing trackers (probation, DBS, leavers, people, maternity) Running monthly reports and providing administrative support to the HR team Liaising closely with our payroll department Processing resignation letters and completing leaver checklists Benefits: Healthcare cashback scheme (includes dental, optical, physiotherapy, health and wellbeing support) Care Friends employee referral & reward scheme - earn up to an extra £1000 Bright Stars - employee of the month recognition All meals & refreshments provided while at work Salary sacrifice schemes - pension and cycle to work (subject to qualifying criteria) Life assurance (2x salary) About you To be successful you will: Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Be a team player Have great attention to detail Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Have a good customer service ethos We are looking for someone for an immediate start The role will be based at our head office in Lymm. 37.5 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30 or 9-5.
