Responsibilities
* Managing security, access and safeguarding of the school site
* Carrying out routine maintenance, repairs and inspections
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
* Supervising cleaning and site staff where applicable
* Coordinating external contractors and service providers
* Supporting school events and out-of-hours activities
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in site management, caretaking or facilities
* Strong understanding of health & safety and building maintenance
* Practical problem-solving skills
* Reliable, flexible and able to respond to site issues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Salary
