Role Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day site operations and ensure works are carried out safely and on schedule Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards Ensure health & safety compliance at all times Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or accommodation projects Strong knowledge of H&S and site procedures SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential) Ability to hit the ground running and manage a busy site with confidence Rate Competitive day rate (paid weekly) If you're available immediately and meet the criteria, please get in touch
