About the Role
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a talented Employment Lawyer with approximately 3 years' post-qualification experience to join their dynamic London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile matters for global clients across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on all aspects of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters.
* Handling complex tribunal claims and High Court litigation.
* Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
* Providing strategic advice on workforce restructuring, TUPE, and employee relations issues.
* Supporting cross-border projects and collaborating with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3 years PQE in employment law.
* Strong experience in both advisory and litigation work.
* Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
* Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service under pressure.
* Previous experience in an international or top-tier UK firm is desirable.
