Marketing and Sales Executive
* Location: Double Tree Tower of London
* Salary: up to £30,000
* Reports to: Director of Sales
* Equipment provided: Computer / Mobile phone
Marketing tasks
* Support the Marketing Manager with campaign execution, content creation, and brand initiatives
* Prepare and present the monthly Marketing Business Focus Meeting (BFM)
* Attend industry events, brand sessions, and webinars to stay informed on trends
* Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify new opportunities
* Propose potential partnerships and collaborations
* Maintain the hotel’s digital presence, including website, OTA listings, and social media
* Research and recommend marketing tools and technologies
* Create and update offers and templates across departments
* Support F&B marketing strategies, bedroom strategies, and overall hotel commercial marketing
Sales tasks
* Analyze daily RMY reports to identify new leads
* Manage the sales inbox, handle inquiries, and forward leads
* Conduct walk-in visits, assist with FAM trips, show rounds, and external events
* Support RFP submissions, MICE bookings, and rate management on GDM
* Interpret weekly Hotelligence reports for sales strategies
* Prepare and present the monthly Sales BFM
* Provide VIP and client-facing support as needed
