The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively generate new membership leads through outreach, referrals, and local marketing
* Conduct club tours and confidently present membership options
* Convert enquiries into memberships and consistently achieve sales targets
* Build strong relationships with new and existing members
* Support retention strategies and member engagement activities
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems
* Assist with social media, promotions, and community events
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (fitness industry experience is a bonus)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
* Comfortable working towards and exceeding targets
* Passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
