Food Quality Manager My client, a lead manufacturer of fresh food products are on the look for a Quality Lead, this role is a brilliant opportunity as this will develop the successful candidate into a Technical Manager with the company. Main Responsibilities: To support a growing team of Quality Technicians in their role. To prepare and be involved with site audits and visits. Suppliers and raw material approval and their continued assessment. To ensure food safety, quality, authenticity, and integrity objectives are always met. Investigate complaints and put robust corrective actions into place. Ensure all internal audits are completed as required. Driving change within the production environment to ensure compliance to specifications. To work cohesively with other departments to manage risk and drive improvements. To be practical and good at troubleshooting to help resolve any potential issues that may arise. To be part of the HACCP / VACCP and TACCP teams Essential Criteria: 2-3 years Food Quality Experience is essential.
