With responsibility for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle across the Northwest this will be a busy and hands on role working closely with a range of internal stakeholders to lead and manage the talent planning process. 1. Development and execution of effective resourcing strategies, to attract and retain qualified candidates for specialized positions
2. Identifying and evaluating potential candidates
3. Guiding and mentoring a compact team of recruiters, ensuring delivery of high-quality service and results to hiring managers and candidates
4. Managing the resourcing budget and providing reports on crucial metrics and outcomes
5. Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as hiring managers, candidates, agencies, universities, and professional bodies
