We’re looking for a reliable, flexible, and physically capable Despatch / Placement Operative to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a varied and active role, split between factory-based despatch duties and on-site placement of goods at client locations. A valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence are required. Key Responsibilities: Onsite Placement Duties: * Unload goods and carry them into the correct location onsite (manual handling up to 25kg). * Scan goods into designated rooms and assist with installation prep. * Support general tasks at different sites as required. * Stay overnight occasionally (hotel accommodation and meal allowance provided). * Work flexible hours — start times as early as 5-6am depending on job location. * Share driving duties for company vehicle (applicants must be 25+ per insurance policy).
