6-Month Contract Opportunity for a Main Contractor
Are you an experienced ?Site Manager with a strong engineering background looking for an immediate start??
?We are currently looking for a Site Manager to work with a tier 2 Main Contractor to manage and deliver Demolition/Enabling works for a new build project.
?Interviews will take place this week with a view to start asap.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* ??Oversee all on-site operations for the demolition and enabling works project, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
* Manage and coordinate all site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* ?Enforce strict health and safety procedures on site, ensuring compliance ?/ paperwork etc.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control.
* Manage site logistics, including plant and material deliveries, waste management, and site security.
* Liaise effectively with the client, project managers, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate site records and documentation, including daily diaries, progress reports, and incident logs.
What we're looking for:
* ??Proven experience as a Site Manager on demolition and/or enabling works projects.
* ??Engineering background is highly desirable.
* Ability to start ASAP.
* Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
