We're now looking for an OMS Coordinator to support the implementation and embedding of the Operations Management System (OMS) on site.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Support the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organisation that delivers
* Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management
* Support the implementation and maintenance of the Job Standardisation
* Support the continuous improvement and lean methodologies
* Oversee & Support the Site Control Room
this Role Would Suit People Who
* Minimum of 2 years' experience managing an operations management system.
* At least 12 months of hands-on experience in operational environments such as retail stores, manufacturing, or warehousing.
* Strong IT proficiency, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
* Customer service experience is desirable, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Successful candidates must undergo an Access NI basic check, a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
