Head of People | Leadership Partner
Location: Cambridgeshire (Hybrid)
Salary: c£120,000 basic salary + Bonus + LTIP
Reporting to: Chief People Officer

The Role
As Head of People, you will lead their People & Culture strategy for a specific client group and shape the experience of every team member. This is a strategic and operational, high-impact role where youll:
Partner closely with the functional Exec team to design and deliver a people strategy that enables scale, innovation, and performance.
Build and evolve their culture, values, and leadership capability to ensure they remain a magnet for top talent.
Oversee core people operations including talent acquisition, employee engagement, L&D, DEI, performance management, reward, and organisational design .
Drive leadership development, succession planning, and behavioural change.
Be a culture champion and change agent, balancing the needs of the business with a people-first mindset.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in a Senior People/HR leadership role (Head of People, Senior HRBP) in a fast-paced tech or scale-up environment .
Strong track record of partnering with executive leadership teams, ability to influence and challenge at a Senior level.
Strategic and commercial mindset with a deep understanding of how people practices drive business success.
Comfortable working across both strategic and operational levels from vision-setting to hands-on delivery.
Experience leading through change, growth, and transformation .
Deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices, ideally with experience across international markets.
