This is the role and main tasks
In this role, you will lead the sale of a modern cloud-native Master Data Management (MDM) / Master Data Platform, enabling clients to unify, govern, and activate trusted data across Customer, Counterparty, Product, and Risk domains-with a special focus on clients in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance. You will personally drive new business wins by delivering a value-add, consultative sales approach to some of the most dynamic and data-driven industries in the world.
More specifically, you will:
Win new BFSIcustomerthrough solution-centric, consultative selling and contract negotiation
Lead end-to-end complex sales cycles: discovery, value positioning, solution alignment, business case development, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Develop and deliver a value-add and solution-centric customer experience
Deliver winning proposals / successful RFI/RFPs
Build, manage, and progress a strong opportunity pipeline to successful closes
Engage senior and C-level stakeholders to uncover needs and craft value-based solutions
Collaborate with partners to amplify market reach andimpact

Who we are looking for
As an ideal candidate, you will havea wealthof experience from similar jobs within B2B sales working in an international organization. In addition, you will have a successful proven track record in selling enterprise software solutions with a focus on “solution-oriented” approach to the sale.You will leverage your existing BFSI network and proven track record in selling data-driven, mission-critical platforms to C-level stakeholders, while shaping and executing a scalable go-to-market and territory growth strategy.
Moreover, you:
Have7+ years of experience in enterprise software solution selling, inEnterpriseSaaSsolutionswith consistent overachievement of 7- and 8-figure quotas
Bringa track recordof winning new business in BFSI or related sectors
Proven insurance-sector sales experience, ideally across carriers, life & pensions, specialty/reinsurance, brokers/MGAsand intermediary-led distributionwill set you aside.
Build andmaintaina robust pipeline across Tier-1 and Tier-2 banks, insurers, asset managers, and fintechs
Proven success selling Master Data Management (MDM), data platforms, or data/AI solutions intoBFSIisstrongly preferred
Know how to drive strategic deals involving multiple stakeholders at C-level
Understand the dynamics of partner-driven enterprise sales and know how toleveragethem
A self-starter, proactive, resilient with a positive, “can-do” and “roll-up-the-sleeves” mentality to get the job done
Experience with Salesforce and/or Clari
