Salary: £21,748 - £23,817 per annum

Job Purpose: To be responsible for the efficient and effective operation in providing meals, snacks, and other catering services. To ensure the provision of an extensive multi-choice cash-cafeteria service in compliance with the School Health Promotion and Nutrition (Scotland) Act 2007 within a large catering establishment.
This will encompass direct control over production, ordering, and maintenance of stock levels. Smooth, effective, and efficient running of the catering services within the school, including the supervision and training of a large team of staff employed on site. In addition to daily cash cafeteria services, establishments will provide vending, ad hoc functions, catering events, and the collection and banking of all Highland Council monies.

Requirements
1. Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate or similar qualification.
2. Trained First Aider or willingness to undertake qualification.
