Site Manager - Residential Housing (Co. Down)
Your new companyOur client is a well-established residential house builder with a strong presence in County Down and a proven pipeline of work. They are known for delivering high-quality, volume housing developments and maintaining strong standards across build quality, health & safety and programme delivery.Your new roleYou will take full responsibility for delivering a 200-unit residential development through to completion.Key duties include:
* Managing day-to-day site operations, subcontractors and trades
* Driving programme to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
* Maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety and site presentation
* Coordinating with commercial, technical and sales teams
* Managing inspections, reporting and handovers
This is a long-term role on a flagship scheme.What you'll need to succeedYou will need:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing projects
* Experience on medium to large-scale developments (100+ units preferred)
* Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
* Solid understanding of build sequencing, quality control and H&S
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
Local NI residential experience is highly desirable.What you'll get in return
