Salary: £25,000 per annum OTE Hours: Week one: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Week two: 11:00am - 7:00pm except Tuesday 12:00pm - 8:00pm and Friday 9:00am-5pm 35 hours per week with alternated shift pattern Permanent - Full time Job summary: Our Digital Plus department are looking for a Sales Executive to join the team. You will conduct professional inbound and outbound communication with clients, offering new and renewable products that are available for their vehicle. What you’ll do: Proactively signing up policies for existing customer lists. Responsible for making high volumes of outbound calls Increase customer loyalty Find creative solutions to problems Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements Understand compliance Providing excellent and friendly customer service Maintain the relevant diary systems to ensure and manage customer contact times Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of customers Provide additional support and day to day account management to allocated customers Ensure product explanation is accurate and full Liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries and assist with retention of business Other reasonable duties as required. What you’ll bring : Skills and competencies Comfortable conversing with happy, unaware and disgruntled customers Ability to self-manage/motivate Attention to detail Receive feedback in a positive manner and demonstrate positive attitude at all times Champion outstanding performance Ability to multi-task, work under time and completion deadlines Good understanding of voice/soft skill Demonstrable track record of sales target over-achievement in B2C sales What we’re looking for: Essential: Excellent Word and Excel skills Telephone etiquette Excellent communication skills Comfortable in a contact/call centre environment Preferred : Experience in a FCA regulated environment is preferred but not essential Experience in a sales environment Unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship for work permits.
