Bilingual Inside Sales Executive
Location: Feltham
Salary: up to £34,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus and benefits

Main duties:
* To manage and grow customer accounts within the DACH region by handling sales activities, supporting business development efforts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Manage and develop customer accounts within assigned territories
* Quote and negotiate pricing as well as process customer orders efficiently
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
* Maintain regular communication with customers to secure orders and provide support
* Support Business Development Managers in driving growth with existing accounts
* Monitor and manage inventory levels based on forecasts and customer demand
* Handle returns and resolve customer issues while maintaining satisfaction
Candidate's Profile
* Fluency in German or a European language (written and spoken) highly desirable
* Previous experience in sales or account management recommended
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Lives within commutable distance from the office
