We're Hiring: Labour Team Drivers
💰 Salary: £25,396.80 per annum + potential performance bonuses
📍 Location: Based at our Treorchy or Bangor depot, covering Wales and Southwest England
🕰 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
📝 Contract: Permanent, employed
🚐 Transport: Company van and fuel card provided
About the Role
As a Labour Team Driver, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our installation teams and office operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and collections from customer sites, helping us maintain efficient workflows and excellent service.
This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone dependable, practical, and comfortable with long-distance driving. If you're a team player who takes pride in their work and enjoys being on the road, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver materials to installation sites on time
* Collect waste and return materials for recycling or disposal
* Assist with general labouring tasks as required
* Follow daily schedules and adapt to route changes
* Maintain accurate timekeeping and strong organisational habits
* Provide excellent customer service and represent CES professionally
What We’re Looking For
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* 1+ year of experience in a labouring or similar physical role
* Confident with manual handling and heavy lifting
* Comfortable with long-distance driving and varied routes
* Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
