Hours: 32.5 hours per week; Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 2.30pm
We are looking to appoint an experienced Catering Manager who has a passion for cooking and providing high quality meals - a self-motivated individual, who enjoys using their own initiative, as well as working as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and motivate staff and manage the catering budget.
* Ensure the operational efficiency, planning, preparation and presentation of food and beverages to the required standard within the budget limitations as agreed with the school management.
* Possess extensive knowledge of personnel management, hygiene and health and safety.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Level 3 Food Safety Certificate (or equivalent qualification or experience).
* Experience of working in a similar environment.
* Ability to work on your own initiative and remain calm under pressure.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Capability to supervise and motivate staff and manage the catering budget.
