Overview
This fixed‑term contract will run until 31 December 2026. The position is full time, 37 hours per week, based on site at Blandford.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging multimedia learning materials.
* Develop interactive e‑learning content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, and Captivate.
* Capture and edit photography and video for training purposes.
* Write scripts or code (e.g., JavaScript) to enhance digital learning functionality.
* Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and defence standards.
Essential Experience
* Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across multiple media types.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite CC.
* Experience with rapid e‑learning development tools (Articulate, Storyline, Captivate).
* Photography and videography skills.
* Knowledge of audio, image, and video production.
Qualifications
* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification, or demonstrable experience in a digital learning environment.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. National security clearance and trade‑control restrictions may apply based on your place of birth, nationality, citizenship, and residency.
