Responsibilities



1. Achieve and exceed delegate sales targets across multiple events.
2. Proactively engage prospects via telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
3. Build strong relationships with senior-level professionals.
4. Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines in CRM.
5. Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align sales activity.


What We're Looking For

6. Minimum 2 years' experience in outbound B2B sales (50-100+ calls/day).
7. Experienced in exceeding targets.
8. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
9. Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
10. Ability to work independently and meet KPIs.

(Experience in delegate sales for B2B conferences is desirable.)
