Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located at our Truro Transit Centre. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and delivering an exceptional sales experience. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting vehicle demonstrations, closing sales, building and managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, promotions, and finance options to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Qualifications
* Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic IT skills
* Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is not essential
* Full UK driving license is required
* Passion for the automotive industry and a proactive, target-driven mindset
