Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission.
Our Sales Executives are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first‑class customer experiences to every customer that visits our dealerships.
Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during the buying journey, so it’s crucial you get the service right the first time and every time.
About The Role
As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car.
You will work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You
You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face‑to‑face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.
You may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
We require candidates to have customer service experience within a retail environment as a minimum requirement for this role.
