To assist in the co-ordination and administration of the Families Matter Supported Living Service.

About The Role

* Assist the Service Manager in the delivery of a high-quality Service by supporting the administrative processes to ensure we are working within the requirements of relevant policies and regulations, including the Regulation Quality and Improvement Authority and Supporting People. 
* Provide administrative support for the recruitment, induction and training processes for new staff to the service.  
* Produce documents to a high standard of accuracy and layout in line with the Organisation’s in-house style.   
* Contribute to the development and review of Service Objectives and Action Plans.   -----------------------------------

Access NI:

A Basic Access NI Disclosure Check will be required for this position. A criminal record will not necessarily prevent you from obtaining the position.

Positive Futures adheres to the Access NI Code of Practice, a copy of which can be made available upon request. Positive Futures also have a Policy and procedure on Recruitment of Ex-Offenders and Storage & Handling copies of which can be made available upon request

Required Criteria

* Have a minimum of 3 GCSE passes at Grade C or above (or equivalent) which must include Maths and English
* Have a minimum OCR / RSA Word processing Stage 2 (or equivalent) OR typing speed of 50 – 55 wpm
* Have 2 years ‘office experience, of which at least 12 months experience of managing the administration in a busy office
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

£25,625.00 - £26,650.00 per year
