The role
As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team with day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
· Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
· Managing employee records and maintaining HR database (Cezanne) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
· Assisting with payroll administration, benefits enrolment, and other employee-related queries.
· Coordinating training and development initiatives, including scheduling sessions and tracking employee participation.
· Assisting in the preparation and distribution of HR communications, policies, and company updates.
· Handling general HR inquiries and directing employees to the appropriate resources.
· Supporting HR projects and initiatives as required, such as employee engagement programs and diversity and inclusion efforts.
· Ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and best HR practices.
Person Specification
Essential:
Previous administrative experience
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
Previous administrative experience in HR.
Familiarity with HR software and databases.
