Salary: GBP250 - GBP270 per hour
Responsibilities
* Hands‑on Site Manager for commercial refurbishment of offices
Requirements
* Valid SMSTS, First Aid, IPAF certificates
* Hard hat, high‑vis, steel‑toe cap boots
* Must have experience working as a Site Manager on commercial sites
* Must be able to provide 2 recent work references relevant to residential site
Job Details
* Contract expected to last 3 months, could be either fixed term or lead to permanent
* Working hours: 7:30am to 5pm
