About the Role
You ll be stepping into a warm seat in a high-volume, short-cycle sales environment. You ll work directly with warm inbound enquiries, qualifying customers, advising on suitable products, and converting those conversations into orders. Backed by strong marketing support and a buzzing team atmosphere, this is an ideal role for a fast-moving sales professional who thrives on hitting targets and getting deals over the line.
Key Responsibilities
* Making calls to leads, emails and online enquiries
* Qualifying customer requirements and recommending tailored product solutions
* Building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service
* Creating and negotiating quotes with a commercial mindset
* Managing your pipeline and closing sales effectively
* Maintaining ongoing relationships for repeat business
* Liaising with internal teams across marketing, admin and sales support
* Working to achievable KPIs and revenue targets
What We re Looking For
* Proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment (inbound or outbound)
* Comfortable speaking with customers and identifying their needs
* A confident communicator who s motivated by targets and commission
* Strong negotiation skills and an instinct for spotting opportunities
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy pipeline
* A team player who brings energy, focus and positivity to the group
* Industry background not essential we re looking for attitude, personality and hunger

* Base Salary: £30,000
* Commission: Uncapped with a realistic year 1 OTE of £45,000+
