HR Officer - Dungannon - 12-Month FTC MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading organisation in Dungannon, who are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join their team on a fixed-term basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, support employee onboarding, and contribute across a broad range of HR activities. Role & Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising to onboarding. Support employee relations, training, and development initiatives. Prepare contracts, terms, and conditions of employment. Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and right-to-work checks. Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide HR advice and guidance. Maintain HR records and support engagement and wellbeing initiatives. The Ideal Candidate 2+ years' HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment. Familiar with online recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. CIPD-qualified or working towards (advantageous).
