Interim HR Manager (3‑month FTC)
Salary: Up to £50,000 (pro‑rata)
Contract: 3‑month fixed term or interim

How will you have impact?
Stabilise and accelerate a live transformation programme, aligning people plans to delivery milestones and commercial outcomes
Diagnose and simplify core HR processes (ER, talent, OD, engagement) to remove friction and speed up decision‑making
Coach and challenge leaders to adopt pragmatic, pacey people practices that stick in the operation
Own the data and narrative use people metrics to focus effort, unblock issues, and communicate progress plainly
Deliver quick wins while laying foundations for sustainable change (policies, comms, governance)
What you’ll bring?
Retail or hospitality pedigree or similar environments where you are used to high volume, high velocity environments and “many balls in the air”
Strategic & hands‑on capability; you can set direction and personally make things happen
Independent initiative comfortable working autonomously, making sound calls, and moving fast
Sound ER & employment law judgement, with the pragmatism to solve problems, not create them
Data‑literate and commercially minded, able to justify decisions and investments
