Cardiff Education Catering operates a service to circa 120 Secondary, Primary, and Special schools in Cardiff through 500 staff producing around 4 million meals per annum, providing breakfast, lunch and therapeutic diets for pupils, vending services and occasion catering for business meetings.
About the job
Based at St Paul's Primary School, Oakley Place, Grangetown, CF11 7EU, the Cook in Charge will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business and service activities in the catering facility.
