What you will be doing
* Responsible for winning high-potential new business by targeting and developing new relationships from enterprise sales opportunities via a mix of communication methods.
* Maintain and nurture customer relationships in enterprise accounts, providing insight about Ricoh solutions and outcomes, ensuring high-potential opportunities are secured and smoothly transitioned to the appropriate subject matter expert or account director where appropriate.
* Identify and assess the potential of each business prospect and build a profile of Strategic Corporate prospect and suspect accounts with HQ address information, contacts and decision-makers in the Ricoh CRM.
* Efficiently track and report on all sales opportunities in the Sales Lead Tracker to ensure effective pipeline management.
* Meet divisional and team KPI’s related to sales activity, and optimise customer communication to enable high-value interactions and relationship development.
* Collaborate with account managers across enterprise sales to maximise pipeline opportunities where appropriate.
* Collaborate on Sales Development projects on an ad-hoc basis to drive continuous improvement across the function.
You will ideally have
* A strong track record of delivering, closing and developing high-potential enterprise accounts.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships and engage with multiple stakeholders.
* Effective questioning and active listening; articulate with excellent presentation skills up to C-suite level.
* Ability to inspire trust, challenge the norm and influence change in clients’ behaviour.
* Strong commercial awareness; resilient and tenacious with risk management ability.
