As the Customer Services Manager, youll take ownership of the customer service team and champion a continuous improvement culture. Youll coach, develop and motivate your team while ensuring customers receive a consistently excellent service.
Youll be involved in:
1. Leading, developing and performance-managing the customer service team
2. Ensuring safety, compliance and adherence to AS9100/ISO quality standards
3. Managing customer escalations, RMAs, reviews and communication
4. Working with Supply Chain & Production to protect On-Time-Delivery (OTD)
5. Supporting SIOP, demand forecasting and ERP/CRM data accuracy
6. Reviewing quotations, supporting commercial decisions and contract adherence
