Role: Site Manager Location: Portadown Office (Sites over NI) Hours: Full Time- 42.5 Hrs Pay: £45k-55k (experience dependent) An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, a construction business in Portadown. The Role: The role of a site manager will directly report to the contracts manager and is responsible for the management of the site they supervise and the employees and sub-contractors on site. The role involves managing all site operations from health and safety to planning, specifications and agreed proposals. The Requirements: A Degree or HND in construction along with a minimum of 3 years site management experience, or 5 years experience gained in a similar role with experience working on projects ranging from £3M+ You will also need a valid CSR card, sound knowledge of building regulations, H&S and the ability to time manage effectively.
