CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER – Kempshott, Basingstoke
Overview
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided for our customers. This is a full-time role, and flexibility with your working pattern will be essential.
Responsibilities
* Drive your team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
* Act as a role model, displaying exceptional service to our customers
* Be highly visible and approachable to customers and your colleagues
* Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
* Ensure compliance with company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
* Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times
* Contribute to keeping our stores a positive and engaging place to work
About You / Qualifications
* Experience of managing a small to medium sized team in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
* Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
* A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
* Great customer service skills, with the ability to drive your team to deliver amazing service
* Ability to think on your feet
