I am looking for an experienced Site Manager to work in the Coleshill Area. The perfect applicant will have knowledge and experience working on projects within wastewater or water treatment.
Role: Site Manager
Location: Coleshill
Contract: Freelance
Rate: £380- £420 per day
When: ASAP

Duties will include:
1. Ensure all works are undertaken with due regard to the needs of the local population
2. Manage, supervise and mentor the site team
3. Adopt, maintain and promote cost conscious management
4. Ensure realistic scheme programmes are prepared, reviewed and updated
5. Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, briefed and updated
6. Ensure that your water project is properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve safe, profitable and timely delivery.
7. Prepare monthly progress water project reports, and ensure that method statements, risk assessments and approval documents are in place for all site activities.
8. Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all the contractual water requirements.
Skills Required:
9. Having a strong background of working within the water industry
10. CSCS site manager qualified
11. Valid Full UK Driving LIcence
12. Safe delivery of water projects to time, cost, and quality
13. Be confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibility
Skills Desirable:
14. Ambitious and dynamic personality
15. Experience of working on Water Industry construction projects, preferably with experience of large and complex deliveries
16. Someone with a commitment to Right first time
17. Ideally have 5 years water experience
