What does a Cook at Sagora do?
* Monitor stock
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas
* Assist with training of all Culinary team members
* Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation
* Serve meals to residents promptly and in friendly and courteous manner
What do you need to be a Cook?
* One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
* Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handlers permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
* Must have skills in preparing specialized dishes for specific diets
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members
