Since 2004, InStyle Direct has been a leader in delivering premium furnishing solutions for residential properties across London. We are celebrated for our expertise in crafting bespoke furniture packages and providing seamless, turnkey services.

With the burgeoning demand in the Build-to-Rent sector, both companies are intensifying their BTR focus. We are looking for a highly motivated BTR Sales Executive to play a crucial role in driving this strategic growth.

Join Our BTR Team

This is a pivotal client-facing role for someone who genuinely understands the nuances of the Build-to-Rent sector. You will be instrumental in helping both Benham & Reeves and InStyle Direct grow their market share. You will identify new opportunities, cultivate key relationships with BTR developers and operators, and collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our comprehensive services—from expert leasing and property management to exquisite furniture packages and interior styling.

Representing a unique dual offering, you will provide end-to-end solutions for our clients, whether for large-scale developments or boutique BTR projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Cultivate and manage robust relationships with key BTR operators, developers, and consultants.

* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BTR sector through strategic outreach and networking.

* Efficiently respond to BTR enquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and present integrated solutions encompassing furnishing, leasing, and management services.

* Lead the entire sales process from initial enquiry to successful close, including pricing, proposal development, contract negotiations, and meticulous project coordination.

* Work cross-functionally with our design, lettings, logistics, and project management teams to ensure impeccable service delivery.

* Accurately maintain and track all sales activity in CRM systems (Salesforce), providing regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

* Professionally represent both Benham & Reeves and InStyle Direct at industry events, client meetings, and site visits.

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of proven sales or account management experience, ideally gained within the Build-to-Rent sector (e.g., with a furnishing provider, BTR developer, or operator).

* A solid understanding of BTR project cycles and key industry decision-makers.

* Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and sophisticated sales cycles.

* Exceptional communication and confident presentation skills, coupled with strong commercial acumen.

* Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.

* Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is highly preferred.

* Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
