Job Title: Site Manager

A leading Tier 1 residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a major mixed-use development comprising over 600 residential units in Hounslow.
This is a permanent opportunity to work on a flagship, multi-phase scheme delivering high-quality apartments alongside associated commercial and public realm elements.
Role & Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
* Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
* Ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
* Monitoring programme progress and reporting to the Project Manager / Senior Site Manager
* Driving quality, finishing standards, and snagging processes
* Maintaining excellent site records and ensuring compliance with NHBC and Building Regulations
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
* Background working with a Tier 1 or reputable residential developer or main contractor
* Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, quality control, and H&S legislation
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid qualifications
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
